Senne Eylenbosch, a descendent of the family behind Lambic brewery Brouwerij Eylenbosch, is charting his own path, or “deserving his own plums” as he likes to say, through his new Lambic blendery Het Boerenerf. I worked with Senne and his team to capture products for a webshop launch, production photos to give a behind-the-scenes look at their operation, and atmosphere shots of their farmhouse brewery.
